Assess market landscape, category performance, media performance, consumer landscape and trends, areas of non-consumption and white space for all relevant Ferrara current and prospective categories. Owns analytic learning agenda for direct reports.

Develops and drives utilization of a behavior-based confections demand landscape
Uncovers strategic insights utilizing consumer data and business performance to drive critical actions, helping drive strategy to grow market share
Leads Marketing and Media measurement & effectiveness including leveraging real time data for improved decision making and ROI
Develops foresight into confections trends enabling greater external focus
Proven track record of delivering actionable business recommendations, influencing decisions, and impacting results
Translates data and analytic outcomes into actionable insights; especially the ability to explain difficult analytic concepts and market opportunities in simple, applicable business terms
Drives introduction and adoption of a comprehensive range of consumer data and analytic methodologies, continuous improvement in techniques and cost, and identifies new tools and technology to increase effectiveness
Strong knowledge of multiple consumer data, advanced analytic methods and modeling techniques, intelligence and visualization tools

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of CPG relevant experience/area of consumer analytics
5+ years of team management experience with proven track record of developing, coaching, and mentoring diverse market research teams
Extensive experience with qualitative/quantitative methodologies and techniques, marketing mix modeling/predictive analytics, conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, Habits and Practices, segmentation, claims testing, packaging testing, brand and communications testing, product testing, brand health and equity tracking, concept testing
