The ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Software Engineer will design, develop and deploy Enterprise Content Management solutions to support a variety of business needs.This position requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET C# and exposure to ECM solutions. In addition, this person must be able to work independently or within small teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and support programs and services using MS Visual Studio in .NET and C# environment
Implement and support ECM workflow and document storage solutions in a Hyland Onbase environment
Leverage Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server to design and develop solutions to integrate with internal applications and external applications
Create requirements documents
Create technical specification documents
Participate in QA and user acceptance testing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
3+ years' experience writing Microsoft C# .NET restful services, web applications and/or console applications
3+ years' experience using SQL Server or Oracle.
1+ years' experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
Must have the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, be attentive to detail, and understand implications for the business
Ability to work independently, or in groups, while maintaining a courteous attitude when working with customers and internal users
Ability, and willingness, to complete several concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, multi-tasking environment
Ability to set objectives, manage project timelines and see projects to completion
Ability to explain technical terms in everyday language

Preferred Skills:
1+ years' experience with OnBase Workflow Development and scripting
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, preferably with Git
Experience with Middleware solutions
Experience with application and database security
Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
