Hung Line I - 3rd Shift
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities
Follows specific requirements of a particular job order
Fabricates according to daily production requirements
Communicates and instructs entry level glass employees in various phases
Follows specific directions from Glass department supervisor and sees these directions are carried out
Make sure area is kept organized and procedures and policies are followed
Substitute for Hung Line II department supervisor in event of absence
Audit completed product to assure it meets order requirements and YKK quality standards
Communicate non-conforming product issue to Glass department personnel
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists worker in solving work problems
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals
Set up machines and equipment
Perform activities of workers in department
Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
High School diploma/GED (minimum)
Must have at least two years of manufacturing experience preferably in a fabrication or production environment with at least 6 months in a leadership role
Basic computer skills with good working knowledge of Excel and Word software preferred
Must have good communication and organizational skills
