The Sales Infrastructure/IT Analyst supports the broader One Demand Team. This role will manage the delivery of process enhancements and simplification using new technology solutions. Through learning the end-to-end details of a business process or challenge, this role will identify areas for improvement and assist in the delivery of the improvement. The role will partner with Mars Digital or other vendors to ensure the new technology solution meets the needs of the business and simplifies ways of working. Upon delivery of the new solution, this role will manage the training roll out plan of the technology.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years work experience with Sales, Demand, Supply or Digital Technologies
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead others to deliver mutually beneficial solutions. Proven technical and analytical strengths required. Technical expertise in MS Office software and experience with various reporting environments (IRI, Nielsen, Business Warehouse Reporting, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver customer facing content in a comprehensive, strategic manner
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including ability to influence and manage conflict.
Experience managing activities along timelines with specified resourcing (i.e., project management).

Work with Mars Digital and external vendors to deliver technology solutions to drive simplification.
Train key stakeholders on the use of all technology solutions designed to drive simplification.
