Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries seeks an experienced Program Manager to work with Foundational IP Design team based in Burlington, VT. In this position you will partner within CDE as well with TSO and SBU to design and deliver production IP for our most differentiating technologies. These cross-functional collaborations result in aligned IP development plans and associated milestones including IP design kit releases, IP silicon validation and long-term customer support.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for IP design sizing, development, maintenance, customer support, risk management, change control, schedule tracking, IP publishing, hardware validation
Collaborate with design leads on project planning and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
Partner closely with TSO and SBU to deliver Foundation IP platforms that meet market requirements
Strong leadership, effective communication, and ability to work with many other leaders from across various functional areas within GlobalFoundries and external subcontracted vendors
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
10 or More Years of management experience managing technical projects and high performing teams
Language Fluency - Fluent in English Language - written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of end-to-end semiconductor business processes
Experience with resource and project management, schedule development, and SOW creation
