Supporting loan originator(s) by reviewing applications, income calculations, running credit, checking guidelines, speaking with clients, t, managing disclosures, managing communications, following up and doing everything possible to help keep the loan originator out in the field prospecting.
Ideal Candidate: Experienced, positive loan partner with great customer service ability and the desire to help people.
Skills/Requirements:
Proven current residential loan processing or origination experience, minimum two yearsProven knowledge in calculating incomeProven Proficiency in DU and LPProven Proficiency in FHA, Fannie Mae, VA, and Freddie Mac guidelinesProven Proficiency of Conventional guidelinesDetailed OrientedDependableGood communicator/writerExcellent computer skills: Encompass, MS OfficeSense of urgency, deadline drivenStrong moral/ethical characterCurrent NMLS license a plus
