Job Description

The Service Improvement Owner works at the group level to manage projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and with established procedures, schedules, and work plans. For operations programs, it identifies critical processes, evaluates areas for improvement through process, and identifies redundant or unnecessary processes. This position reviews and analyzes project and customer requirements as well as assists teams in tailoring and using company processes, procedures, methods, templates, and tools. The Service Improvement Owner reviews and evaluates project plans and work products, then recommends improvements. This role assists in preparing and delivering training and orientations on company processes to teams and group leadership while also collecting and analyzing project metrics and lessons learned. The Service Improvement Owner updates process to incorporate lessons learned into future work and also identifies and analyzes best practices for work products, methods, and tools in accordance with company, industry, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications


  • Assist with planning, development, and execution of timelines to meet project goals while working with project teams. Drive the improvement of processes and systems, and assist with implementing programs that will have continuing long-term benefits.

  • Identify, as well as support, process improvement goals to increase productivity.

  • Develop project plans and scopes of work, budgeting, and time management assignments grounded in strategic and operational considerations to improve existing processes.

  • Assist with monitoring existing processes to make sure they continue to perform at optimal levels of efficiency. Diminish roadblocks for projects, defining points of agreement / compromise with fact based solutions for consideration by management.

  • Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization. Assists in the facilitation of process improvement efforts and customer requirements while also facilitating knowledge sharing/transfer, work group brainstorming, and focus group sessions.

  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.



  • Minimum Formal Education for this Position:
    • Knowledge consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another relevant field.

    Minimum Work Experience:

    • 2+ years' of combined experience in project management, business analyst, systems administration, disaster recovery, and/or server management.

    • 1+ years of experience leading projects and continuous improvement activities.

    • 1+ years of Financial Institution employment.

    Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of "Knowledge Consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2+ years' of accounting experience? could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a Master's Degree in Accounting and 0 years of work experience

    Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:



    • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Ability to shift project priorities as demand changes.

    • Ability to conduct research on best practices to facilitate continuous improvement.

    • Ability to maintain and enhance documentation related to projects and continuous improvement.

    • Proficient in project planning and life cycle development.

    • Ability to coordinate local and remote project teams to succeed by utilizing multiple project management techniques, including running daily standup meetings.

    Additional Information

    Typical Pay Range: $68,744 to $90,220 (IT-14)This position is eligible for our annual corporate bonus program.
