Assists in the nightly management of the Law Library Circulation Department. Trains and supervises student employees. Responsible for bindery functions and maintenance of the microform area. Oversees stack maintenance. Assists library patrons with use of materials. May include other duties as assigned.
Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
12 months office, clerical or administrative support experience
Skills:
Basic computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
General office skills such as multi-line phone, copying, filing, faxing, and mail
Customer service
Advertised Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds. Must be able to push heavy book carts. Must be able to stoop, reach above head, and climb step stool. Must be able to communicate , engage in repetitive motions, and stand.
Departmental Preferences:
24 months library circulation experience
Law Library experience
Experience working with the public
Some college hours preferred
