A field auditor is responsible for performing quality assurance checks on meter installations.  Basic skills required are computer skills, small hand tools, map reading, and routing.

The starting pay is $15.00 hour.

These are entry-level, daytime/full-time positions and overtime may be required. Instructor led training will be provided. This position may require you to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Audit the work of Technicians identified by the Supervisor or Manager to ensure meter is properly installed and uphold customer satisfaction




• Identify mistakes and work with the Technicians and Supervisors to educate on the proper process to avoid future mistakes




• Identify and report meter tampering




• Properly monitor the care and use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)




• Promote a safe work environment by actively participating in all aspects of the employee safety program




• Report any unsafe conditions and take actions to prevent personal injuries




• Support our interdependent safety culture by ensuring the safety of fellow co-workers




• Stay focused on the task at hand and promote productivity through good work habits




• Wear company issued uniform, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and identification at all times during working hours




• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Need from You (Our Requirements):

• Familiarity using current technology; smartphone, tablet




• Must be able to communicate in an effective manner in a one-on-one setting and while addressing a group




• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions; outdoor experience preferred




• Must be available to work overtime and weekends (as needed)




• Must pass a drug screen




• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required




• Work well within a group, as well as individually




• Ability to use simple hand tools
