Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Lead ADS/ADAS Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business unit in Columbus, IN / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:


  • Manage technical development of ADS/ADAS Interfaces for OEMs/T1s

  • Cross-Functionally manage global projects related to new development of interfaces

  • Support both internal & external stakeholders in their integration of our interfaces

  • Creatively balance horizontal integration flexibility with Customer/OEM/T1 requests

  • Evaluate technical strategy opportunities in this cutting-edge automotive industry space

To be successful in this role you will need the following:


  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Information Systems preferred.

  • 3 years minimum professional experience, Systems Engineering experience preferred.

  • 2 years Project Management experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
