The Engineering Manager - Cab & Body will own the design and integration of the interior and exterior components for the Cab & Body function. In this role you will provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership for a diverse team of engineers, passionate about complete life cycle design control ownership.
Responsibilities
Design and Integration of interior components, roof assembly, hood assembly and exterior lighting
Builds and maintains budgets, forecasts and capital equipment requirements linked to design and development activities
Responsible for the quality, reliability and efficiency of engineering outputs and for maintaining an awareness of research, industry trends and developments that may impact their business
Other duties as assigned
Position Pays $111,100 to $170,500 ( Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science engineering degree with emphasis in mechanical, agricultural, automotive and/or electrical subject areas. Masters preferred
10 plus years work experience in engineering field with 2 years supervision of a technical team, preferably in a R&D environment.
Detailed knowledge of plastics, sheet metal, and interior trim components design
