Position Summary:


As the Lead Resident Care Partner, you will be responsible for all activities of daily living (ADLs) for our residents and providing guidance to other care staff.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan

  • Promote resident independence

  • Participate in new team member orientation and training and act as a mentor and a resource for team members

  • Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry

  • Provide medication administration depending on state regulations

  • Participate with communities’ Life Enrichment Activities, events, and outings while encouraging residents to attend

  • Additional duties as assigned


 


Qualifications:


Required Qualifications



  • Prior supervisory, training and mentoring experience in an assisted living or long-term care facility

  • Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • High School Diploma or GED or 1-2 years relevant experience

  • Must work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed

  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position
