Product Line Marketing Manager :
Product Manager with roadmap ownership responsibility for one or more areas of the RAN Assurance, Operations, Optimization and Monetization solution portfolio, which is part of the Automated Mobility Solutions business unit.
Job Responsibilities :
Contribute to the definition of the business unit's overall strategy, market objectives, and portfolio
Translate the business unit's strategy and objectives into a product roadmap that delivers a compelling value proposition and sustainable differentiation, and maximizes ROI, market share and growth.
Define use cases and business cases in support for the proposed product roadmap and related investment priorities
Work cross functionally to execute the roadmap, including engaging with customers to understand priorities, validate feature requirements, confirm and assess expected benefits
Be the subject matter expert for one or more areas of the solution portfolio and related technologies
Provide input to customer proposals and RFx
Support Sales for customer-facing initiatives
Collaborate with Product Marketing to define messaging and value selling assets to enable sales and marketing initiatives, including playing a direct role during product trainings
Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal fluency in English
Strong collaboration skills
Strong business mindset
Excellent ability to talk in terms of value proposition and business benefits
Excellent understanding of the mobile market and related technologies
Strong knowledge of 5G, Open RAN, RIC, SMO technologies and architectures
Strong ability to balance conflicting priorities, both near term and long term
5+ years of experience in product management, with responsibility for software solutions and systems
7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: RAN, RAN Operations, RF Optimization, Network Visibility
10+ years of global experience working with large mobile service providers around the world
BS/MS in Engineering. MBA strongly preferred.
