We are seeking a hands-on, full-time Project Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The Project Financial Analyst will lead the Project Finance Administrator, working as a team to perform accounting and financial activities to measure and monitor project financial performance. The selected candidate will report to the CFO.

What you will do
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversees the creation and maintenance of project level accounts in the company Professional Services Automation (PSA) system, OpenAirPartners with the Resource Manager in the maintenance of resource bookings in the company PSA systemOversees other PSA system administration functionsLeads the Project Finance team in the day-to-day performance of their jobsPartners with the CFO and outside consultants to implement PSA system enhancementsCreates and manages the process for the monthly review of project financial results for the Project Managers to followCoordinates with the Accounting Manager to ensures that all postings, allocations, accruals and payments for the projects are completed according to scheduleAssists Project Managers with creating and processing customer invoices in the PSA systemReviews monthly project status reports prior to project reviewsCreates and manages the annual creation of project budgets in coordination with the project managers for review by the CFOAssists the CFO with managing the annual budget process, monitoring actual to budget, and maintaining a rolling forecastPartners with the Controller in the tracking and analysis of consolidated financial results for all projectsImplements process improvements

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Project Financial Analyst will lead the Project Financial Administrator in the day-to-day performance of job responsibilities

What we look for from you
Four-year college degree in Finance or Accounting; four to eight years related experienceExperience with PSA systems, Oracle OpenAir experience a plusExperience with project costing/standard costing, project lifecycle reporting, and resource utilizationStrong Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query EditorStrong attention to detailCommunicates well with employees of all levels

Compensation range
$75,000-$99,000, depending on experience and location
