Front Range Stone, founded in 2001, serves the entire state and is one of Colorados largest and most established custom countertop and commercial surface fabricators offering a breadth of countertop products including Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, and Laminate.
Essential Functions:
Maintain and manage business-to-business relationships with the Box Store accounts to increase market penetration in their countertop programs.
Effectively communicate sales procedures, expectations for the store and customers, as well as company guidelines to the countertop departments in each of the stores
Assist Inside Customer Service Manager and Installation Manager in resolution of customer issues as needed.
Effectively manage your Project Coordinator group that directly handles your group of stores- ensuring all customers are receiving first class service throughout their countertop project.
Take the lead on any customer issues within your store segment and work on behalf of your customer and Front Range Stone to ensure that issues are handled in a timely manner.
Train your Scheduling Coordinator(s) on all aspect of scheduling within Moraware and views to assist in ensuring Front Range Stone is communicating with customers and moving them smoothly through the process.
Ensure that you and your assistant\s are working to promote a team environment, and supporting the department
Be aware of your impact on the Home Depot VOC and drive to excel with a VOC Goal/Target of 4.45
Any other tasks assigned by Management
Experience:
Knowledge of countertop industry preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Managerial experience, preferably in retail environment
