Job Description:

Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC (Atlas), has an exciting opportunity to support the technical delivery of a governance, risk management and compliance platform for a Federal Government client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 


  • Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge for the continued development of RSA Archer a Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) platform. 


  • Assisting with the architecture and design of solutions within RSA Archer to either expand upon core applications or develop on-demand applications to meet client requirements. 


  • Onboarding new users and providing training once they have gained access to the platform. 


  • Assisting in the development and integration of multiple data feeds of external data into the platform. 


  • Reviewing import files prior to importing into RSA Archer to ensure data integrity.  


  • Consistently delivering quality client services and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. 


  • Developing dashboards for executive leadership and other key stakeholders for on demand reporting and decision making. 


  • Collaborating with other members of the team to coordinate, plan and deliver client deliverables.  

Minimum Qualifications: 


  • BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field  


  • Working knowledge of data analytical tools and analytical applications (MS Excel and Access) to analyze, interpret, and organize a variety of data and information  


  • Exposure and experience with Governance Risk and Compliance principals and processes (e.g. control frameworks, controls assessments, policies and procedures, risk management processes, etc.) 


  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data 


  • Demonstrate sound business and technical judgments  


  • Excellent analytical skills 


  • Ability to problem solve without guidance 


  • Ability to multi-task  


  • Works well in a fast-paced environment 


  • Active U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Experience: 


  • RSA Archer: 1-2 years


  • Governance Risk and Compliance: 1-2 years 

License/Certification: 


  • Certified Archer Professional and/or Certified Archer Consultant (Preferred)
