Job Summary:


As a Warehouse Technician Sr Spec you will be supporting our Rapid Site Deployment team and be responsible for the shipping and receiving of Clinic in a Box (CIB) sets and Information Technology (IT) Go Boxes. You will be communicate and collaborate with multiple sources to gather, record, track and verify data and information to order and maintain inventory of needed supplies and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide logistical support to the RSD team

  • Responsible for coordination of shipping and receiving complete CIB sets and IT Go Boxes to event sites including tracking and stocking of supplies as needed

  • Order and maintain all RSD supply inventories including completion of inventory sheets for CIBs before shipping, inventory returning CIBs and restock and build CIBs as necessary

  • Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality

  • Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner

  • Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again

  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Competencies:



  • Ability to move containers with wheels up to 120 lbs

  • Knowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Excellent customer service, organization and follow-through skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Copier, etc.)


Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)



  • 5 years of Related shipping and receiving experience, Medical logistics experience preferred

  • High School or GED required

  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
