The Marketing Automation and Production team facilitates the production and fulfillment of a variety of marketing and regulatory materials for our Retirement and Investment Management businesses. We are responsible for managing a collection of vendors and platforms, including both client and internal facing ordering sites, workflow management applications, and end-to-end automation systems. We are customer-service focused, as our primary function is to support the internal Marketing and Sales teams that we work with. Our priorities include developing new solutions for digital transformation, workflow automation, and the consolidation and integration of marketing technologies.

We are looking for an entry-level candidate that is motivated to learn new skills and grow with the team, who is service and solution oriented and excited to work in a rapidly changing environment in digital transformation. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Automation and Production, the Coordinator will interface with different groups that our team support, and collaborate with other members of the team to provide solutions and support.

The Coordinator will participate in a variety of projects related to digital transformation, managing objectives, deadlines, and priorities while gaining insight into the teams, technologies, and business processes involved.

The Coordinator will assist with monitoring and enhancing our capabilities with financial processes, coordinating with Accounts Payable, Finance and our team members to monitor and track invoices against budgets, and participate in several projects focused on data aggregation to streamline and automate many of the processes involved.

The variety of work and exposure to the different teams will enable the Coordinator to gain insight within many areas of marketing, finance, regulatory reporting, vendor management and technology automation, as well as build strong connections throughout the organization. The Coordinator will be joining the business at a critical juncture of rapid digital transformation and will have an opportunity to be a part of projects with a high impact to the development of the business.

Responsibilities


  • Provide support for internal users of our various ordering systems and workflow management tools, during regular business hours.

  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to find solutions.

  • Manage requests for user access for ordering platforms.

  • Manage requests and implement updates to platforms for automated composition and digital delivery.

  • Create schedules, monitor deadlines, and communicate statuses as a member of digital transformation projects.

  • Seek improvements in processes, identify opportunities for efficiencies and automation, and collaborate with team to implement solutions

  • Assist with monitoring, processing, and reconciling invoices, and tracking against budgets.

  • Work in our Business Intelligence platforms to build and distribute reports and dashboards related to usage, expenses, budget, and analyzing trends.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree required.

  • Experience in customer service, accounting, or project management preferred.

  • Customer-service focused and flexible.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills.
