Job Description:

The Project Manager of Client Services will serve as a leader in successfully managing assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution.  Successful candidates must have the team leadership and professional background in the electronic discovery industry to successfully manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution


• Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables


• Consult with clients on the proper methodology to achieve their goals using Epiq’s suite of services


• Manage Epiq’s internal processes to achieve client goals by communicating with process managers in other departments to guide the overall project.


• Represent Epiq in relationships with clients and third parties involved in providing services to those clients


• Monitor the work of other Client Services (CS) team members in their efforts to meet client needs


• Report on project and team information to Regional CS Manager in order to best manage workloads and service needs throughout Epiq departments

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-discovery environment.


• Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified  Analytics Expert is a plus.


• Understanding of eDiscovery data processing standards and concepts such as culling, deduplication, filtering, processing, and imaging.


• Either oversight of or hands-on experience with data processing work.


• Experience with dtSearch logic.


• Experience with the specifications of multiple processing and hosting platforms.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability.


• Highly organized and able to manage multiple processes.


• Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase.


• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.


• Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail.


• Proven ability to provide good customer service and work well in a team based environment.
