Pay:  $17.90 (starting), $19.02 (after 6 months), $20.14 (after 1 year)

Schedule: Monday 7:00am-5:00pm | Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm | Friday 12:00pm-10:00pm | Saturday 7:30am-5:30pm|

Job Duties: 

• Bill store orders - online procedure


• Handle will-calls & maintain truckload will-call departure log


• Record loads/trips on the “On Time Delivery Report”


• Process delivery receipts from drivers’ room


• Print Purchase Orders


• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Math/accounting background helpful


• Ten-key calculator proficiency


• Computer knowledge and experience a must: online billing & routing


• Good communication & people skills


• Must work well under pressure and deadlines


• Must be available to work holidays


• Must be detail oriented

Physical/Work Environment:

• Some work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment


• Incumbent may sit for long periods at a desk or computer terminal


• You may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment during a normal workday


• Ability to lift up-to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, stretch and sit for extended amounts of time
