We're looking for a Leader/Specialist to join our team as a Software Project Lead Engineer .
The right candidate for this role will:
Have major impact on the success of a department or a key project delivery
Build, maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap based on inputs from product management, architecture, engineering, and other stakeholders
Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to understand new features and initiatives
Translate business requirement into technical spec, and respond to the spec with high level designs
Responsibilities:

Create and maintain documentation for your teams' components, including features, design and APIs to other teams
Support the team in delivering high impact, high quality work that is built with focus on optimal user experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
3+ years of experience in Product Owner or similar roles
8+ years of engineering experience in embedded software development of real-time audio and video based products
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrable experience working with highly collaborative software engineering teams and enjoy collaborating with others, both inside and outside the team
Agile & SAFe, Scrum experience
Experience with product development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Jama, Miro, etc.) preferred
Soft skills:
Good communication skills and being assertive is preferred
Willingness to work in a hands-on, high volume, multifaceted, and constantly evolving environment
Passion for technology, streaming and digital media
