Independent Verification for Business Banking loans including Direct, Syndicated and SBA Loans.Knowledge of Loan Documentation and Core Systems.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include:
•-2nd review of all new loans boarded into the core system; confirm all informationis accurate and exact.
•-2nd review of all modifications boarded into the core system; confirm allinformation is accurate and exact.
•-Review all Agent notifications to confirm Effective Date, Interest Rate andPayments.
•-Follow up on Post Payoff Satisfactions and Releases.
•-Participate in Audit activities.
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
-Perform other related functions as required by Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
•-Bachelor's Degree Preferred
•-At least 5 Years of Loan Experience with a knowledge SBA
•-At least 1 Year of knowledge of Miser and PCFS Creditwrx and Loan Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•-Ability to work proactively as a team player with a positive style that encourages, empowersand motivates associates.
•-Collaborate with other FB business units to ensure standardized delivery of work.
•-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•-Demonstrate organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
•-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
