Job Description:

Location: Columbia, TN

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Training Consultant
Semi-Remote, Contract


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Train new employees on day to day Call Center activities


• Train Call Center Representatives on how to respond to member and provider requests and inquiries on enrollment, claims, benefits, etc


• Train end users how to log and resolve requests and inquiries in Facets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Call Center Operations


• Training will need to be onsite in Columbia Tennessee = 70% Travel; TN residents preferred
  
  


• Training Experience


• Medicare knowledge
