Job Description

The Manager of Site Reliability Support leads the team(s) responsible for the maturation and resiliency of Ent's tool stack which supports monitoring and automation of the enterprise as a whole.

Qualifications


  • Oversight of the SRS Function: Develop SLA's/OLA's for key business units. Set up proactive monitoring and alerting to minimize downtime. Perform proactive performance and capacity planning. Implement industry standard best practices that promote reliability, iteration speed and lays the foundation for a proactive support model. Ensuring Disaster Recovery automation capabilities are identified and in place. Understand incident response procedures, and capacity planning. Analysis of business unit needs and ways in which applications can be configured/used to meet current and future needs for continuous service improvement. Develop understanding of systems and the way Ent staff use systems to serve members.

  • Budget and Procurement of IT services, systems, and technology: Budget creation/accountability. Manage purchases of equipment, software licenses, and maintenance contracts. Periodic review/reduction of vendor expenses. Drive down operating costs.

  • Staff Development: Skills augmentation as appropriate to support Ent initiatives. Mentoring/coaching. Development of leadership skills. Develop and drive Ent's IT Service Culture through communication and training. Ensuring/augmenting staff knowledge of credit union operations. Setting goals and objectives for staff.

  • Ownership/Management of IT Operations, Security Operations, and Application Support teams: Meet established Service Level Agreements. Identifies, documents, and implements policies. Ensures development of procedures and standards in accordance with policies. Process Improvement. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and standards. Provide support in expansion efforts to include communications and hardware. Budget creation/accountability Periodic review/reduction of vendor expenses Ensure technical architecture and process flows are fully documented. Manage on-call schedules and escalation process.

  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.



  • Minimum Formal Education Required for this Position:
    • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

    Minimum Work Experience:

    • 6+ years' of related IT experience. required

    • 2+ years' supervisory or management experience. required

    • 2+ years of combined IT experience in application support, host operations, systems/network administration, desktop support, and/or Disaster Recovery. preferred

    • 2+ years' of financial institution experience. preferred

    Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of "Knowledge Consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2+ years' of accounting experience? could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a Master's Degree in Accounting and 0 years of work experience

    Additional Information

    Salary Range for this position: $113,360.00 - $170,060.80 (IT-17) This position is eligible for our annual corporate bonus program.
