TPI Composites is a global provider of structural composites products and has 50 years of experience in the design, development, prototyping and serial production of advanced lightweight composite structures. We specialize in molding lightweight composite products for the Transportation and Wind Energy industries.  TPI also provides a full range of services that can complement our customers’ extensive vehicle engineering capability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop recruitment and placement policies, systems, and procedures, including strategies and selection techniques for all levels of roles within assigned markets.

  • Proactively source, screen and hire qualified talent in a timely manner and with a high degree of professionalism and customer focus while effectively collaborating with all stakeholders.

  • Oversee all stages of the hiring process from requisition approval through offer acceptance. Ensure positive customer experiences (including hiring managers and candidates).

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

  • Track progress of all hiring activities and regularly report all necessary metrics including KPIs for diversity, quality of hire, time to fill, recruitment cost, etc.

  • Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources, such as colleges, employment agencies, search firms, and trade associations.

  • Gather and analyze competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices.

  • Develop inclusion & diversity recruiting efforts to drive inclusive talent pools that reflect the communities where TPI people live and do business.

  • Manage talent acquisition program vendors including job boards and staffing and placement agencies.

  • Negotiate vendor rates and contracts and monitor compliance to those agreements.

  • Positively influence leaders to be better ambassadors and advocates of the company through inclusion & diversity efforts, effective interviewing techniques, etc.

  • Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills, salary requirements, availability, interest level, and relocation needs.

  • Train partners and associates in the skill of behavioral interviewing on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices.

  • Adhere to and represent the company's values and behaviors as defined by the TPI Mission, Core Values, and Competencies.


Who we’re looking for:



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Analytical skills to create hiring dashboards, run metrics, etc.

  • 4+ years recruiting experience in a corporate environment required; with at least 1-2+ years’ experience with sourcing for technical roles required (mechanical / industrial / quality engineers, etc).

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written communications) to build and maintain relationships

  • Computer skills required including G-Suite and/or MS Office tools, Boolean search terms, social media, and applicant tracking systems required.

  • Service orientation, professional demeanor, social perceptiveness and ability to work with people at all management and executive levels required.

  • Complex problem solving and using good judgement for when to escalate.

  • Willingness and ability to be available and operate independently with excellent time management and prioritization required.


Location
This is a remote position.  Operations are focused in the Providence RI / Boston MA area.  The incumbent may be asked to travel occasionally and will be expected to work eastern time zone hours.
