As a Lead Contact Center Engineer/Developer within PNC's Retail Technology Channel Delivery organization.
This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii or Alaska. There is limited expectation for regular in person, in office activities.
This role is responsible for project implementation and upgrades to existing Contact Center applications, as well as for designing and implementing new solutions in support of enterprise level contact centers
Candidates should have the following experience:
• Experience designing and implementing complex applications
• Experience troubleshooting escalated complex contact center application
problems
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on
continuously improving consumer experiences
Prior experience with the following Contact Center Applications:
• Alvaria/Aspect - Workforce Management
• Intradiem - Workforce Automation
• Alvaria/Noble - Dialer
• Genesys - Genesys Cloud
• Verint - Call Recording
• IPC/IMR Call Recording
Prior experience with the following:
• Application Scripting – Powershell and/or Bash
• Database experience – MSSQL and/or Oracle

Technical Troubleshooting – Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
