This position is part of the Retail Change Governance Team. As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with Retail LOB leaders to help them plan initiatives and delivery projects and comply with the PNC Enterprise Change Methodology standards. You will be expected to provide “hands on” support to our retail partners in completing project artifacts and directly support projects that do not have an assigned project manager.
Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for candidates who have experience with the Enterprise Change Methodology process and managing change efforts within a retail lending/banking setting. Employees in this role must be flexible as you may be tasked with handling multiple priorities in a short period of time. Preferred candidates will also have risk and project management experience, working knowledge of project management discipline, experience navigating Clarizen and the Enterprise ChangePortal.
