Roles & Responsibilities


  • Leads and manages field employees and subcontractors in completing an assigned project on time, to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Effectively manages multiple projects

  • Articulates workflow based on scope or estimate. Communicates workflow accurately and thoroughly with the customer, staff and vendors as necessary.

  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Works within budget to ensure profit margins.

  • Accurately and professionally addresses questions, concerns and/or complaints throughout the project.

  • Coordinates all related installations, material deliveries and inspections.

  • Acts as a liaison between Company, customer and vendors.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

  • Recruits and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with subcontractors.

  • Manages on-call emergency services crew on scheduled rotation.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the residential and/or commercial remodeling, insurance restoration & remediation industries with knowledge of all trades.

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Xactimate Level 1 certification preferred.

  • IICRC WRT / ASD certification preferred.

  • Management and leadership experience.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook & Excel. Familiarity w/ Apple OS.

  • Team player & works well with others.

  • Desire to meet and exceed company and team goals.

  • Familiar with OSHA compliance regulations and safety protocols.

  • Knows tools hand & power.

Working Conditions


  • Work in an office environment.

  • May work in various elements of weather while on customer job sites.

  • Travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements


  • Long periods of sitting

  • Working on a computer, mouse and keyboard

  • Limited heavy lifting.
