Our Role:

We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a Manager Role within our Finance Team. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. Your expertise in supporting senior leadership and business partners in strategic initiatives, analyzing, evaluating and reporting the financial performance of the business will evoke stimulating discussions around business financial drivers and utilization of technology by the team. Your Impact:


  • Lead an associate in the development and analysis of multi-year forecasts of the PGIM Real Estate U.S. Debt business and present results to key senior stakeholders

  • Own relationship with business partners across the Third Party platform

  • Drive the oversight and analysis of PGIM Real Estate’s compensation allocation process along with being the key Debt business Finance partner in the annual budget process across PGIM Real Estate functions

  • Drive financial analysis and reporting enhancements useful to business partners

  • Support annual benchmarking studies and other competitive analysis

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of key financial deliverables

  • Assist in business specific projects as needed

  • Emphasis on process efficiency, data validation, and documentation

  • Manage and develop direct reporting associate as well as other associates on team

Your Required Skills:


  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5-7 years of prior work experience in a Planning/Forecasting or Financial Reporting role

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with proven ability to create and utilize financial models

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with desire and ability to present to senior management while maintaining a strong executive presence

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; conceptual thinker

  • Intellectual curiosity with a keen interest in understanding business drivers

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to partner with various levels of management

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and challenging environment

  • Requires a high ethical standard, and an ability to work with confidential information
