JOB SUMMARY: Set up, execution and break down of all banquet and special event functions.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Maintains the cleanliness and organization of all banquet equipment and meeting rooms. Follow all safety procedures. Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Is willing to learn Av equipment. Help servers and bartenders, to fill ice caddy's, get supplies for servers. Knowledgeable of various function room set-up styles of the banquet department. Front of the house contact. Must be upbeat and positive.
