This position will develop multi-level and cross-functional relationships with customer’s key personnel. Key goal is to achieve maximum sales profitability, further strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and growth by executing a sales strategy that aligns customer requirements with the correct mix of products and services.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute a business plan that ensures the achievement of volume and profit margin targets. Comprehensive follow through with internal and external customers to assure customer satisfaction. Responsible for retaining and cultivating assigned customers. Has expert knowledge of company products and services. Exercises strong, independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Highly engaged and often takes lead in development of new business opportunities or emerging areas.
Develop pricing programs to profitably grow our business. Understand and utilize risk management and operational support to assist with margin management. Forecast both volume and financial performance for internal Schreiber use. Responsible for business proposals and negotiations of pricing, contracts, and terms of sale.
Daily collaboration with customer(s), Commercialization Project Manger, extended customer support team, and cross-functional project teams.
Develop a multi-level and cross-functional relationship with all external customer departments (QA, Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, R&D, Supply Chain, Culinary, etc) and link into Schreiber accordingly. Will be key participant in cross-functional projects.
Provide timely information necessary to all internal Schreiber departments to meet the external customer’s requests.
Lead the design and execution of short and long term customer growth strategies.
Develop continuous improvement strategies with cross functional teams and customer partnership governances, including KPIs.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
8-12 + years’ experience in sales (or comparable) preferred
The ability to apply leading-edge processes necessary to drive profitable growth for Schreiber Foods
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment, with a high level of influence and emotional maturity
Independent, self-starter

Strong and proven financial/business acumen

Position location: Schreiber Home Office in Green Bay, WI
Travel requirement: Approximately 25%
Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
