The Finance team within PGIM Quantitative Solutions is looking to bring in a strong individual to focus on business planning and analysis. The candidate should be able to manage multiple high-priority deliverables independently, manipulate and analyze large and complex data sets, and write and communicate effectively. The candidate will be expected to interact directly with senior level management, including the CFO, CIO, and Head of Distribution.  The candidate will also be expected to partner with various business functions to drive successful outcomes.

Core Job Responsibilities:


  • Prepare monthly/quarterly analysis of financial results

  • Develop long-term forecasts to aid business planning

  • Create various management reporting and analysis packages

  • Generate insightful analytics that clearly communicate and present key business drivers and trends to senior management

  • Prepare product and business line profitability analysis

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Key member of project team charged with rebuilding the forecast process in Anaplan, a next generation technology increasingly utilized in place of Excel

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Complete ad hoc projects as required by senior management or key business partners

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role focused on the asset management sector.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Anaplan or Tableau a plus

  • Highly motivated and creative problem solver

  • Collaborative and team-oriented style

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
