We are seeking a driven professional with relationship management and client service skills to join as a Client Manager on our Retail and Subadvisory Client Advisory team.
We are looking for an intellectually curious, client-focused individual to fulfill a unique opportunity within our dynamic environment. This candidate will enhance our Client Management team through initiative, ownership, analysis, communication, and teamwork. The successful candidate will bring curiosity about emerging trends, ideas, and practices to stimulate brainstorming discussions with a group of like-minded professionals. This role will be based in the Newark, NJ office. The focus of the position will be to support Senior Client Managers in the service of PGIM Fixed Income’s Retail and Subadvisory relationships. The main objectives in this role are to retain and support the growth of client assets and to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction such that clients would recommend the firm to others. The successful candidate will be able to appropriately balance the delicate task of being a strong advocate on behalf of the client while ensuring that the company’s interests are also met.
