 Subassembly Operator – 2nd Shift

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday / 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. plus overtime as needed

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations

• Individual must be able to perform a secondary operation on finished product such as winding/banding, coiling, bonding, adding lures, straightening, etc. by hand and/or automated equipment.


• Setup, operator and make adjustments to Subassembly equipment.


• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions.


• Package product in compliance with customer and quality specifications.


• Inspect product for defects and deviations.


• Ability to maintain complete and accurate production records.

Qualifications / Physical Demands

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.


• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.


• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continuous basis.


• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
