Trinity Solar, the Northeasts largest privately-owned solar integrator, is looking for a Warehouse Administrator for our Wall, NJ office. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for providing clerical support for the warehouse and logistics management team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reviews receiving tallies to ensure accuracy for material and price totals.


• Process all purchase orders and inform management of any receiving related issues.


• Submit and file receiving copies along with local office invoices.


• Retrieve daily inventory reports from all locations and maintain for accuracy.


• Annual physical inventory counting.


• Additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-3 years of Warehouse Administrator experience preferred.


• Microsoft Office knowledge required.


• Data entry and computer proficiency.


• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping preferred.


• Excellent analytical and communication skills.


• Experience with solar, electrical and construction materials a plus.
