Job Description:

Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC (Atlas) has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst - Inventory Audit located in San Diego to support our client engagements within the federal government. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with analytical talents and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Review program documentation and using Government guidelines and provide recommendations on improvements.


• Provide financial data analysis to support client, involving data collection/entry, updating and validation as well as planning, scheduling and reporting results.


• Investigate and locate the source of complex errors in order to analyze and recover program operations.


• Conduct Dormant Account Review research and analysis while utilizing government systems including Navy ERP.


• Generate and reconcile weekly, monthly, quarterly status, and financial reports when requested.


• Develop & maintain written operating procedures for all processes as designated by the client.


• Periodically review current procedures, processes, and database content, then provide any recommendations for enhancements to the client.


• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.


• Must comply with company policies and maintain a neat and clean work area, operate all equipment in a safe manner, and report any unsafe acts or conditions to the immediate supervisor or management official.


• Demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills along with a working knowledge of financial management processes.


• Possess the ability to identify and recommend areas of improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior financial management, DAR-Q, and Navy ERP experience a strong plus.


• Military veteran a strong plus.


• Active Secret Clearance is a strong plus.
