JOB SUMMARY: Monitor beach/pool gates and areas to ensure only Harrah's or Tropicana guests are allowed entrance and access to facilities. Responsible for ensuring that permitted guests adhere to all hotel policies and safety regulations.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Monitor and check all guests entering pool and beach areas to ensure they are hotel patrons; possess knowledge of all beach and pool policies as well as safety regulations; assist guests and employees in a variety of situations concerning guest/employee safety, asset protection and customer service. Must be able to respond and react calmly and quickly in crises situations as well as make rational decisions; comply with all policies and procedures of the department and company; adhere to Harrah's customer service standards; provide direction and instruction to guests/employees in emergency situations, as well as follow orders given by outside agencies and Harrah's management; communicate clearly and fluently in English.
