About the Role


Are you looking for the opportunity to utilize your ability to help people? PREMIER Bankcard is looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to expand our team in Retention. The Unit Administrator will supervise and coordinate activities of staff within the department.

Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00am-4:30pm


Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Review and recommend new methods and procedures for improving efficiency.

  • Monitor and evaluate Individual employee performance, deliver performance reviews, administer salary adjustments, and address employee Issues, concerns, and future development.

  • Monitor call distribution, employee productivity, customer satisfaction, employee retention, quality, customer satisfaction rating performance and regulatory guidelines

  • Handle unusual or difficult customer problems either through direct personal action or referral to the proper department.

  • Train, mentor, and coach associates to meet department expectations and goals.

  • Assist associates by answering questions and recommend actions based on current policies and procedures through Question/Process Gate.

  • Ensures adherence to department and company policies and procedures.

  • Manage employee time keeping through UltiPro.

  • Conduct Interviews for new/replacement hires.

  • Review various audits to ensure actions by associates are within acceptable guidelines.

  • Meet all deadlines as Indicated by Department Manager.

  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and does no harm to consumers.


Skills and Qualifications



  • Credit card experience preferred, including prior supervisory experience.

  • Possess basic understanding of credit card system

  • Possess intermediate PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft applications Including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail

  • Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills and ability to use positive language

  • Ability to concentrate, multi-task, and work Independently

  • Must demonstrate leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to make solid decisions and provide associates with direction

  • Must be highly motivated and organized

  • Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold The PREMIER Way.

  • Must be able to conduct oneself in a manner that promotes trust In the Individual and the organization
