The eCommerce Performance Marketing Analyst has the unique opportunity to influence industry-leading performance marketing campaigns across our brand portfolio and build communications to integrate eCommerce best practices across the broader marketing organization. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and enjoy working with both internal cross-functional teams and agency partners to gather and share information on performance marketing campaigns. They will also have a genuine interest in eCommerce and marketing innovation and feel comfortable to bring forth new ideas for performance marketing campaigns.
This position can be REMOTE or sit in one of Constellation’s main offices (Rochester, Chicago, San Francisco); and reports directly to the Manager of eCommerce Performance Marketing.
With support from the Performance Marketing Manager
Report on performance marketing plan changes to brand based on any incremental investments received throughout the year
Build quarterly sell sheets for performance marketing campaigns and distribute them to sales teams across the organization
Report on performance marketing updates to brand and cross-functional marketing teams, including updating content calendars, collecting campaign screenshots, and keeping campaign summary reports up to date
Maintain performance marketing budget, recommend optimizations across platforms as needed, and ensure all invoicing is up to date
Build and maintain database of all agency partners to be used for providing eCommerce campaign recommendations to cross-functional marketing teams
Collaborate with Agency Partners To
Create reports to streamline visualization of eCommerce campaign reporting across platforms
Obtain campaign creative from Brand teams and work with content agency to resize and launch assets on 3rd party platforms
1-2 years of related experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others, coordinate projects, and gather feedback
Experience in eCommerce, Retailer/Distributor, and /or CPG strongly preferred
Experience working with Tableau a plus
