Job Responsibilities:

This position will collaborate and assist the Card Services Advisors with projects and initiatives supporting the Card Services area as well as assisting in the day to day operations and transactional functions.  Job duties include but are not limited to:  assist and collaborate with the execution and implementation of marketing programs, promotions, system enhancements, and program settings and business rules to maximize program value proposition.  This position will also collaborate with various business lines to build product awareness, partner with card processors/vendors on product enhancements, support and assist with projects and initiatives by scheduling and conducting promotions/enhancement launches, and participating with various testing. 

 

Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have a college degree and/or 1 to 3 years related experience, demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong applied knowledge of Microsoft office products.  They should be a driven individual with the ability to learn quickly.  This individual will also possess the ability to research products and make recommendations as well as prioritize workload while maintaining multiple projects.
