General Purpose & Scope:
The Account Manager serves as a liaison between Integra and its community partners, fostering strong relationships with health care providers, community-based organizations, the Local Department of Social Services, the New York City Human Resources Administration, faith-based organizations, local businesses, key-decision makers, and home health aide agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate relationships with the providers that comprise Integras provider network.Oversee and facilitate communication between providers and internal staff.Respond to questions and inquiries regarding Integra and its products.Strengthen provider and member relations through education initiatives that result in greater member retention.Build and strengthen community partnerships to assist with outreach and enrollment goals.Thoroughly and accurately document all program activities regarding the effectiveness of the programs.Comply with Integras Marketing Plan and New Yorks regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required; Bachelors degree preferredMinimum of two years in a sales or marketing role involving the MLTC population.Public speaking experience NYS Life and Health preferredMust possess bilingual verbal language skills in English-Korean
Skills/Abilities:
Understanding of MLTC marketing regulations.Understanding of key competencies required for effective customer service.Intimate knowledge of communities to be served and comfortable with travel in NYC boroughs.Understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity.Effective oral and written communication.Bilingual (verbal) ability preferred.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
