Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for upholding expected service delivery through active engagement and coaching of branch staff. Maintaining service flow in branch environment by being active on the floor with staff as well as coach/counsel staff regularly and effectively document the sessions to assist with their daily growth and improve sales performance. They will also partner with the branch manager to develop a market specific business plan, assist the branch manager in the completion of performance appraisals and provide feedback to the branch manager on process improvements that can improve the member and employee experience.

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion and commitment to serve others with adaptability and flexibility. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment. A college degree or related work experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and a professional attitude and appearance.  This candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating an exceptional service culture.
