The Supervisor, QA Data Analyst will provide daily guidance and supervision to the Data Analyst team. The Supervisor, QA Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the Data Analyst Team provides MTA Mobility stakeholders with actionable analysis on data collection and assessment of Service Delivery practices. The Supervisor, QA Data Analyst also performs audits that ensure compliance with MTA Mobility protocols.
This position is located on-site in our office in Baltimore, MD.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring an accurate and timely completion of reporting
Create and present quality dashboards to Leadership
Perform complex quantitative and qualitative data review, precision analysis and investigation and reporting
Identify problematic areas within the data provided, and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of data
Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
Conduct data sampling, data analysis, report preparation and reviewing information from MOCC and Service Delivery
Monitor data reconciliation and billing data for all service delivery providers
Analyze reports of data duplicates or other errors
Monitor for timely and accurate completion of select data elements
Monitor reporting systems for issues with data and report executions
Work with the Client to maintain client owned equipment and systems
Maintain the MTM systems and databases utilized to track contract specific data
Present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Identify recurring problems with work processes, policies or procedures and contributes ideas on ways to resolve problems to better service the customer and improve productivity
Acquire and extract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources
Perform data entry, either manually or using scanning technology, when needed or required
Track and trend issues and provide corrective action recommendations for areas of concern
Partnering with internal stakeholders, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
Attend clients meetings and public presentations, as needed
All you need is...
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on quantitative analytics or experience in a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in quantitative analytics such as: performance measurement, user segmentation, test design, modeling and web analytics
Experience with MS SQL Server or other relational database systems
Extensive knowledge of MTA Mobility protocols, preferred
Programming skills preferred

Ability to work well under pressure

Knowledge of Trapeze PASS paratransit software suite or event-based paratransit application is required and a detailed understanding of Trapeze is a plus
Proven experience dealing with conflict management and resolution

Salary Range:
Salary Min: $72,000
Salary Max: $85,000
