Description: Our client is currently seeking an Occupational Health Registered Nurse In the Voorhees, NJ and King of Prussa, PA areas.
Schedule:
Start Date 1/25/21
Locations:
1. Voorhees, NJ
-Thursdays 12-p-8p
-Saturdays 8a-4p
May increase to 4 days per week in Feb
2. King of Prussia ,PA
Tuesdays 8a-8p (8hr. shift minimum if interested)
Wednesday a 12p-8p
May increase to 4 days per week in Feb
Qualifications:
PA. NJ license Prefer 1-3 years' experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Urgent Care, etc.
BSN Preferred
Responsibilities:
Performs basic nursing functions such as immunization and TB screenings for employees, volunteers, students, Research NTPs and other contract personnel.
Assesses and manages work related injuries and illnesses under the direction of the CRNP and or medical director.
Works collaboratively with HR, worker comp, IPC and EHS to assure best practice, optimal service and employee safety.
Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) and enters all data correctly in EMR system. Ability to track and utilize data through reports.
Skills Required:
-Knowledge of process improvement work strongly preferred.
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Strong written and oral communication skills. Comfortable with group speaking and presentations.
-Venipuncture skills
-Chain of Custody drug testing
-Respiratory fit-testing
