Job Description:

DME is looking for a CNC Operator (2 nd Shift) to join our team in Greenville, Michigan . As a CNC Operator you will be responsible for use CNC machinery safely and accurately. You'll be able to start and power down machines, make size adjustments, and understand the measuring while maintaining certain tolerances.

What you'll do :

  • Prepare and operate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, milling, etc.
  • Understand specs by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
  • Translate instructions into computer commands
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machines
  • Supervise machines and make any needed adjustments
  • Inspect and measure finished products
  • Take precision measurements
  • Other duties may be assigned

Basic Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Skill in operating machinery and tooling
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to use and read a micrometer and other precision measuring tools
  • Mechanical aptitude
