Along with the Development Officer, develop and implement public relations strategies for the College of Fine Arts.
Work closely with Development Officer in coordinating development-related marketing and PR utilizing but not limited to print, social media, email, and other mediums.
Manage event planning and coordination for all college-wide special events and VIP groups. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to the College Board of Visitors and the Dean's Circle.
Serve as a liaison with support groups and guilds to share information and calendars for planning purposes.
Develop and maintain alumni relations to plan events or meetings with alumni and prospective donors.
Attend faculty meetings to establish relationships and learn information for Dossier content, presentations and publications to share with the community.
Coordinate with the President's Office, Marketing and Communications, and other university departments on special projects, concerts and events.
Cultivate relationships with local civic groups and organizations to further promote the Fine Arts programs.
Promote season tickets, tours, field trips, and information about Fine Arts through teachers, PTA's and student groups.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 66 months of related experience.
