ASE is seeking experienced PC Support Technicians to provide technical helpdesk support to at the DOE National Training Center.

PC Support Technicians are responsible for helpdesk activities such as managing user accounts, PC setup, printer mapping, and general basic technical troubleshooting.

PC Tehnicians: 

• Resolve technical problems in a helpdesk environment.


• Use expertise in customer service and technical knowledge to resolve issues surrounding installation, usage, and training on software and hardware products.


• Assist with classroom support and helpdesk projects as they arise.

• DOE NTC experience is desired.

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

• Must have a minimum of one year of related  experience, ideally  providing general helpdesk  support for a team or department


• Experience working with microsoft office suite of tools


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Strong organizational skills


• Must be able to obtain base access authorization 


• DOE NTC experience is desired. 

 

 

 

You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
