ASE is seeking an experienced  Protective Force (ProForce) Senior Instructor to support the National Training Center for DOE.  DOE  Q clearance required.

The ProForce  Senior Instructor Assists the ProForce training department manager in operations of the training department  and management and supervision of staff.  Manages and instructs multiple courses.Coordinates with staff and the federal customer to develop annual operations plans, out of cycle training requests, individual, and site certification requests. Interfaces with working groups, customers, policy organizations, and others to ensure currency of training and to identify emergent training needs. Ensures adequate department staffing and skill mix are available to meet mission needs.

 

• Instructional topics may include, but are not limited to:
  
  
  • firearms instructor training and certifications;
  
  
  • advanced weapons systems and tactical training;
  
  
  • and intermediate force training.  
  
  
  
  

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

• Demonstrated experience managing staff 


• Experience instructing multiple courses


• Experience with adult learning programs


• Strong communication skills


• DOE Q Clearance required. 


• DOE experience required
