ASE is seeking an experienced Training Department Manager, Protective Force. This candidate must have experience supporting training programs, ideally supporting the Department of Energy.
The Protective force Training Department Manager ensures accuracy and currency of course materials, course scheduling and operations plan development. Coordinates with NTC staff and augmentee instructors to ensure adequate staffing levels for courses. Provides leadership to all phases of the ProForce training development effort, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. plans, designs, tests, develops and coordinates all aspects of augmented/virtual reality software in support of eLearning, instructor-led training, and special projects.
Duties include but are not limited to: Using 3D software, collaborating with stakeholders and customers, and coordinating with NTC videography, audio recording, photography, and training subject matter experts.
Minimum Qualifications:
You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
