Roles/Responsibilities:

Provide Application Support for Qlik Sense Visualizations/Apps, bug fixes in Apps, Enhancement work on existing Apps,

- Perform activities like Deployment, App troubleshooting, NPrinting Jobs troubleshooting etc.

- Communication with Business users related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing updates.

- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution.

- Perform periodic checks on overall project tickets and evaluate increase/decrease in the scope of work. Work with offshore team and provide Technical guidance and mentor new members.

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent level Technical Expertise of Qlik Sense Application support with Hands-on Experience.

- Qlik Sense Application-level Support/troubleshooting enhancement, bug-fix experience with Hands on with Qlik Sense and Qlik View.

- Experience with application support activities like Access Management, Deployment, application troubleshooting etc.

- Hands on experience in creating custom visualizations like Gauge controller, area charts, complex report creation using custom expressions/objects, property control, scatter plot, etc.

- Hands on experience with Geoanlytics visualizations and forms (commentary), mashups.

- Hands on experience with SQL, QQL, R, python, js, html scripting.

Experience developing and updating QlikSense App and Sheets using multiple data sources and section access, tasks creation/updates.

- Working knowledge with different teams including DBA, Network, Windows, Unix Platform teams.

- Knowledge for Win10, Databases - Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Big Data, AWS servers, S3 buckets.
